REDDING, Calif. -

Armed suspects involved in an early morning gas station robbery are still on the loose.

Chico Police responded to the incident at 12:56 a.m. at the Chevron on 1025 Nord Avenue in Chico.

Police said two masked men entered the business and robbed the clerk’s cash register. Both men were said to be armed; one man with a shotgun, the other man with a handgun.

The two men took off, and were last seen running west on W. Sacramento Avenue.

No shots were fired during the robbery and no one was injured.
