A Shasta Lake man suspected of burglarizing the Knauff Fiberglass Plant was arrested Monday on Shasta Dam Boulevard after a Deputy recognized a tattoo on the man’s calf from surveillance footage of the robbery.

Police said 36-year-old Michael Paul Miceli is also linked to two other commercial burglaries at the Sierra Pacific Mill and J.W. Woods in the City of Shasta Lake.

The Knauf plant has been broken into several times over the past two weeks and is missing over $50,000 worth of wire and supplies.

According to deputies the total loss in the three burglaries is around $122,000.

Shasta County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Miceli for commercial burglary, possession of stolen property and possession of a methamphetamine pipe.
