Traffic on part of I-5 in Shasta County is returning to normal after a pickup truck crashed and blocked traffic for about 30 minutes Wednesday morning. Officials say the Ford F150 towing a trailer blocked both northbound lanes just south of Deschutes Road in Anderson at about 11:20 AM.

Traffic was backed up for up to 5 miles, according to Caltrans.

According to CHP, one person was involved in the crash, but there were no injuries. There is no word yet on what caused the truck to crash.
