Red Cross Wants Your Real Hero Nominations
POSTED: 12:44 pm PDT August 26, 2010REDDING, Calif. -- The 8th annual Red Cross Real Heroes Breakfast is around the corner and they need your nominations. The event honors every day people who have performed extraordinary achievements in the course of their everyday lives. Categories needing nominations are military, pet and fire. Forms are available at www.arcnec.org. The breakfast honoring the nominees will take place 6:00 am, Tuesday, September 14th at the Win-River Casino Event Center.Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at the event or in advance at the Redding Red Cross office.
