Bully Fire continues to grow in Shasta County

REDDING, Calif. - The Bully Fire had burned 5,500 acres and was 15 percent contained Monday night.

18 structures had been destroyed by the fire, including 8 homes and 10 outbuildings. 68 more structures were threatened.

Six firefighters suffered minor injuries battling the blaze.

Mandatory evacuations are in place on Big Foot Road and Sunny Hill Road.

Advisory evacuations remain in place for the area east of Rainbow Lake Road.

An evacuation center has been set up at Igo-Ono Elementary School at 6429 Placer Road in Igo.
