Burglars swipe 15 motors from Glenn County property

WILLOWS, Calif. - Burglars stole 15 motors from a property in Willows.  Now police are seeking information about the thieves.

The burglary was reported Thursday at 6504 County Road 57.  Willows Police said suspects entered the Wilbur Ellis (Glenn Fertilizer) property and stole 15 Honda 24 horse power motors and a Miller portable welder. 

Investigators said evidence at the scene indicated more than one suspect entered the property and removed the motors from several different pieces of harvesting equipment. The estimated grand total of the theft was more than $32,000.
