Cal-Fire Employee Killed In Car Accident

California Highway Patrol says Carrie Pamela Fox of Red Bluff was driving southbound on Round Valley Road in Paskenta on Friday around 9 AM when she lost control of her 1999 Honda Accord and suffered fatal injuries.

40 year-old Carrie Pamela Fox was a secretary for Cal-Fire?s Salt Creek Conservation Camp in Paskenta. CHP says Fox?s car drifted off the road and rolled in Paskenta. Officials were not notified of the accident until noon on Friday because it happened in such a remote place.

CHP is still investigating the cause of the accident.
