A Cleveland woman who was accused of pulling a gun on her son's barber was sentenced to six months in jail Tuesday.
Andrea Smith, 31, brandished the gun when she thought her 7-year-old's haircut was taking too long, according to The Associated Press. In court, Smith said she briefly pulled the gun, which she admitted to having no license to carry, but denied having waved it threateningly at the barber.
At the time of the incident, another employee convinced Smith to put the firearm away, while the barber finished the cut.
Smith pleaded guilty to menacing, child endangering and carrying a concealed weapon.
