It's been a big weekend for the Rodgers family. Aaron Rodgers signed a contract extension with the Green Bay Packers. The five-year deal is worth a reported $110 million. According to ESPN, the deal will also set the highest salary per season in NFL history. Like his younger brother, Aaron also grew up on Chico and played for Pleasant Valley High School and Butte College before transferring to Cal.
Cole McKenzie, who played receiver for Red Bluff High School and Southern Oregon, was also signed by the Jaguars as a free agent.
