OROVILLE, Calif. -

It's expected to be a packed house Tuesday in Oroville, as the Butte County supervisors discuss their new proposed ordinance to regulate medical marijuana.

This new version, would allow up to 99 plants on properties bigger than 40 acres.

Properties smaller than .4 acre would be allowed to have indoor grows in a detached building.

A previous ordinance regulating medical marijuana grows was overturned by voters last year.

Tuesday's hearing on the ordinance will begin at 1 p.m. in the Board of Supervisors Chambers in Oroville.
