CHICO, Calif. -

A Chico doctor and his wife accused of killing their two-year-old adopted son were back in a Butte County court on Thursday.

Dr. James Yhip and his wife Edelyn are charged with first-degree murder and child abuse for allegedly killing their adoptive son, Benjamin.

During the hearing on Thursday, a judge pushed their trial to June 10.
