Chico Man Flies American Flag Upside Down in Protest of President Obama Re-election

CHICO, Calif. -

A Chico man has been flying the American flag upside down and at half-staff in protest of President Obama's reelection.

Kenneth Bradley said he decided to fly the flag upside down and at half-staff at his home on East 5th St. because he considers the country to be in a state of emergency.

Bradley said that with Obama getting re-elected the country is "doomed for the next four years."

His neighbors' opinions on his protest vary, with many agreeing with him and other saying they believe that the American flag should not be flown upside down for any reason.
