ANDERSON, Calif. -

Four people are under arrest after being ordered out of a stolen car at gunpoint in Anderson.

According to Anderson Police, just before 9 p.m. last night an officer spotted a Gold Mercury Tracer he recognized from a stolen vehicle list.

The car had been reported stolen on February 19.

The officer pulled the car over at Riverside and Alexander Avenues, ordering the  four people inside out of the car at gunpoint.

All four people inside the car were said to have been arrested quietly, and were booked at the Shasta County Jail.

24-year-old Traver Russell Farner of Bella Vista was booked for receiving stolen property.
