Historic Cemetery Tours "Beneath an Autumn Moon"
The public is invited to take a guided historical tour of the Shasta Union Cemetery by the light of the moon on Friday, October 29th. These tours will explore the lives and deaths of Shasta pioneers buried there.
Four tours will be offered from 6:30 to 8:00 pm and will last approximately 40 minutes. Space is limited to 30 people per tour and reservations are required. Admission is $5.00 per person. Please call the courthouse museum at (530)243-8194, to reserve a space. Visitors are asked to bring a flashlight and wear sturdy shoes. The tours will leave from the steps of the Courthouse Museum.
