Burglar Allegedly Bites Man
City Of Shasta Lake, Calif. -

A Shasta Lake woman is facing charges for allegedly biting a man during an attempted burglary.

Tera Lynn Hackett was arrested just after noon Wednesday at a home on the 3800 block of Wellington Court.

Shasta deputies say the victim confronted her inside the home and she had a knife.

During a struggle she allegedly bit the homeowner, but Hackett was eventually subdued until officers arrived.
