K-9 Deputy Helps Lead Handler to 17 lbs. of Marijuana

Three Utah residents were arrested in Douglas City after a K-9 Officer found 17 lbs. of processed marijuana hidden in the car.
Around 9:30 a.m. on Sunday, a Trinity County Sheriff's Deputy pulled over Joshua Haycock, 26, Whitney Haycock, 23, and Justin Gosdis, 34, for a traffic violation near Highway 299 and the Moon Lee rest area.
During the stop, the deputy's K-9 alerted his handler that drugs were possibly hidden in the car. When the deputy searched the car, he found 17 lbs. of marijuana and more than $1,000.
All three suspects were arrested and booked into the Trinity County Jail with a $30,000 bail.
