HAYFORK, Calif. -

A K9 Officer with the Trinity County Sheriff's Office found six ounces of methamphetamine hidden in a vehicle during a routine traffic stop.

28-year-old Casey Wigger from Hayfork was pulled over on Highway 3 last Friday. K-9 Officer Kash alerted his handler that there were drugs in the car.

When deputies searched the car they found 165.5 grams (6 ounces) of methamphetamine. Wigger was arrested and booked into Trinity County Jail.
