Noise Complaint Leads To Felon Arrest

Red Bluff Police arrested a man late Sunday after getting called out to a noise complaint.

Police showed up at the Crystal Apartments just after 11:30 p.m. Sunday night because of a reported noise complaint.

There they came in contact with 30-year-old Brett Norris.

He had an active $45,000 felony warrant out for his arrest.

Red Bluff Police tell us he's a Post Release Community Supervised probationer.

He was booked into the Tehama County Jail
