North State Blockbuster Stores Avoid Closure

     Dish Network says it plans to close about 300 of its Blockbuster stores across the country.
     About 3,000 employees will lose their jobs.
     A company spokesman says the employees were informed about the latest closures on Friday.
     KRCR News Channel 7 checked with Blockbuster Locations in Redding and Chico, store managers tell us they are not a part of the planned closures.
     Blockbuster Filed for bankruptcy in September of 2010.
