Ohio Woman Killed in Highway 36 Crash

RED BLUFF, Calif. -

An Ohio woman died after her car flipped over in Red Bluff Sunday morning.

California Highway Patrol officers said 28-year-old Megan Mackoway was from Dayton, Ohio.

She was driving her 2012 Ford Mustang westbound on Highway 36 just east of Seven Mile Creek. Her car swerved to the edge of the road, hit two rocks, and flipped onto the roof.

The Coroner's Office said she died from traumatic brain injury. It's unknown if she was speeding.
