We're awaiting the condition and identity of a pedestrian that was struck by a vehicle Wednesday night.

Details are limited but officials with the California Highway Patrol say it happened about one and a half miles east of Lassen Park about 8:25 p.m.

Officials would only confirm that one victim was struck.
