Red Bluff Mother Arrested For DUI, Child Endangerment
A Red Bluff woman was arrested for DUI and child endangerment after police say she crashed into several parked cars while driving with her son.
It happened Wednesday night around 5 p.m..
Police arrested Angela Fife, 38 of Red Bluff, for DUI, hit and run and child endangerment.
Officers say her blood alcohol was more than three times the legal limit.
Police say she hit three parked cars in the 400 block of Main Street. She reportedly drove away from the scene before officers located her on Elm Street near Rio Street.
Fife's 11-year-old son was a passenger in her SUV. Neither Fife nor her son were injured.
One of the cars Fife hit belonged to Darcy Scott. Not only was Scott's car hit, but it only had 35,000 miles on it and the car had been a gift from her mother, who recently passed away.
"It's a great inconvenience," Scott said, "I'm still recovering. I'm still kind of shaky."
