Repairs are made and traffic is clearing on Highway 70 north of Marysville. PG&E crews had to repair damage caused by a big rig accident. The accident Friday morning knocked over a power pole and downed power lines on Highway 70 just north of Marysville in Yuba County.
As of 11:30 a.m. a detour was in place to allow PG&E to make repairs.
Motorists were being detoured to Ramirez Road and Lower Honcut Road to reach Highway 70.
At the same time, southbound motorists were encountering one-way traffic controls around Old Highway and Highway 70.
These traffic restrictions were estimated to continue through 4 p.m. but cleared up around 1:15 p.m.
