Woman Not Wearing Seat Belt Dies Days After Crash

A driver that was t-boned by an SUV has died.
We first reported on Monday that 51-year-old Brenda Edwards of Hayfork was injured after she turned onto Churn Creek Road into the path of Kia SUV.
Officers with the Redding Police Department said Edwards was not wearing a seat belt.
The Shasta County Coroner confirmed that Edwards died on Wednesday.
Redding Police say alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
