CHICO, Calif. -

Chico police are looking for a man who held up a Chico gas station Friday night, and may be responsible for another in Oroville Thursday night.

Police last night around 9:15 p.m. responded to the report of an armed robbery at the Circle K 76 station on Park Ave.

A clerk there says a white man wearing a surgical mask pulled out a black handgun and passed him a note demanding money.

The clerk complied and the man fled on foot east on 11th St.

The suspect is described as about 65-years-old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 140 pounds, wearing a green baseball cap, a heavy brown coat, blue jeans and black boots.

Police say he matches the description of the man who also robbed the Shell Station in Oroville on Oro Dam Blvd on Thursday night at 10 o'clock.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Chico Police Department.
