ANDERSON, Calif. -

A brush fire burned about 85 acres in Anderson and closed several roads Saturday.

The fire broke out around 4 p.m. between Panorama Point Road and Austin Hoy Road.

The fire closed several roads and prompted voluntary evacuations along Kimberly Road and Hawes Road.  Panorama Point Road and the 5100 block of Deschutes Road were also closed.

All closures and evacuations were lifted as of 7:30 p.m.

CAL FIRE believes no structures were lost, though two outbuildings sustained damage. Some old tanks burned as well. They estimate the cost of the damage from the fire was around $20,000.

Officials say the cause of the fire has not yet been determined.
