Numbers show low water levels at Shasta Lake aren't so bad, yet

REDDING, Calif. -

A record-breaking drought in California is causing problems, including low lake levels; but it's not as bad as you might think.

First, a look at the rain totals at Shasta Dam:

Now, for a look at the Shasta Lake's water levels.

Right now, the levels are nearly 100 feet from the worst its ever been, and, the Bureau of Reclamation for Northern California says there is stillĀ  time to make up rainfall during the Spring.
