Red Bluff Police are seeking the public's help to locate a missing woman.

Her family hasn't had contact with Mary Carmelo since April 2013.

On May 13, 2013, Red Bluff officers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check on Carmelo after family members became concerned with her lack of contact. Officers found her Washington Street residence vacant, and her vehicles missing.

Officers discovered Carmelo's wallet and phone inside her residence.

Red Bluff Police said the circumstances around Carmelo's disappearance are suspicious. One of Carmelo's vehicles was soon located abandoned in a nearby neighborhood. Carmelo's second vehicle was later recovered abandoned in Redding.

The Tehama County Secret Witness is seeking the public's assistance and is offering a reward up to $2000 for information leading to the discovery of Carmelo's whereabouts.
