CORNING, Calif. -

All lanes of Interstate 5 were closed Wednesday morning after a rollover crash in Tehama County.     

The crash happened just before 7 a.m. on I-5 just north of Elder Creek, north of Corning.

According to the CHP, Jasmier Johnson, 30, of Richmond, CA, was driving his silver 1996 Toyota Camry northbound on I-5 when he drifted to the right, over-corrected to the left, then over-corrected back to the right losing control.

The car hit a milepost marker and overturned.

Johnson was airlifted to Enloe Medical Center in Chico. Four other passengers were hurt and transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Red Bluff. They are: Ernest Alexander, 31, of Richmond, who suffered minor injuries, Deshae Douglas, 23, of Sacramento, who suffered minor injuries, Royal Douglas, 1, of Sacramento, who suffered minor injuries, and Amber Baird, 24, of Sacramento, who suffered major injuries.

Everyone in the car was wearing a seat belt. Alcohol was not a factor in the crash.
