Six agencies responded to a search and rescue on the Sacramento River on Friday, locating the missing parties who were uninjured.

Officials said a family of four people were out on the Sacramento River about a quarter of a mile past Scotty's Landing when the family's kayak and tube they were on turned over and the family of four got stuck on a snag.

CAL FIRE, Butte County Search and Rescue, State Parks, Chico Fire and Hamilton City Fire all responded to the search.

The search is over and all four family members are safe.
