SHINGLETOWN, Calif. - Shingletown restaurant and landowner Reverge Anselmo says he's following Shasta County's order 100 percent, to tear down the wall in front of his chapel on Inwood Road.
Shasta County sent Anselmo a letter last week calling the wall a traffic hazard and saying it encroached on county property.
Anselmo was given ten days to tear it down.
He has and a new wall is going up, much closer to his chapel where it should not affect traffic.
He is also extending the deer fencing along Inwood Road so there will be no entrance or exit at all.
The chapel will only be accessible from Anselmo's property.
