MCARTHUR, Calif. -

CAL FIRE is fighting a series of  11 fires called the Burney Lightning Fires.  As of Tuesday morning they had burned 190 acres and were 60% contained.

More than 200 firefighters are on scene in the areas of Burney, McArthur and Fall River Mills.  A series of fires were sparked Monday around 6 pm as lightning storms moved in.

The Warner Fire burning near Warner and Gomez Roads in McArthur is the largest at 185 acres.

The fire is not threatening any structures.

CAL FIRE hopes to have the blaze contained by Thursday.
