(CNN) -- The Republican-controlled House of Representatives passed GOP Rep, Paul Ryan's proposed Fiscal Year 2014 budget Thursday in a 221-207 vote. Ryan's budget would cut $4.6 trillion in spending and eliminate the deficit over 10 years, while also repealing President Barack Obama's health care law and overhauling Medicare. The measure is believed to have no chance of clearing the Democratic-controlled Senate.
