Schools closed by broken and frozen pipes

NORTHSTATE, Calif. - The cold weather continues to affect people across the Northstate.

In Butte County, Concow School is closed Monday because there's no water.  It is likely due to frozen pipes.  District officials were checking to find the source of the problem.  Bus drivers discovered there was no water service when they showed up for work Monday.

In Shasta County classes are cancelled at Fall River Joint Unified School District due to broken pipes at schools, and diesel gelling in the school busses.
