Guess the NBA disagreed with Pistons backup point Will Bynum. The NBA announced tonight that Bynum will be suspended for one game without pay for striking Tyler Hansbrough of the Indiana Pacers in the stomach. The incident occurred with 8:39 remaining in the fourth quarter of the Pistons’ 90-72 loss to the Pacers on Saturday night at the Palace. Bynum will serve it Monday night when the Pistons host the Atlanta Hawks. Bynum said he didn’t do it on purpose. "It wasn't intentional, but it kind of happens throughout the course of the game," Bynum said. "The game was kind of physical. It was during the heat of the moment." Pistons guard Brandon Knight, has missed the last two games with a hyper-extended right knee. That could mean heavy minutes for Jose Calderon against the Hawks with Rodney Stuckey, who has replaced Knight in the starting lineup, as the backup point guard.
