Summer baseball is back in Redding

REDDING, Calif. - The Colt 45's are heading back out to the field for the first time this season.

The wooden bat league team is made up of college players from around the country.

Most of the players are just getting into town and the Colt 45's manager Rick Bosetti was warming up for Friday's big game with some batting practice on Thursday.

First pitch starts 7 p.m. at Tiger Field.

It is also Veterans night.

The team will be hosting Menlo Park.
