Teens arrested for stealing speaker box, vandalism in Red Bluff neighborhood

RED BLUFF, Calif. - Two teenagers have been arrested by Red Bluff police for burglary, possession of stolen property and vandalism.

According to police, the two males appeared to have broken the windows to a car in order to steal a speaker box from it.

During an investigation, officers learned that in addition to the stolen speaker box, four other vehicles in the neighborhood appeared to have either been rummaged through or vandalized.

A witness positively identified 19-year-old Jesse Keisner and a second 17-year-old suspect as the two suspects they saw running while carrying a speaker box. Officers later located the speaker box inside of one of the suspect's friend's houses and were able to confirm with the car's owner that it was the same speaker box that had been stolen.

Keisner and the 17-year-old were arrested for felony vehicle burglary, felony possession of stolen property and felony vandalism.

Keisner was taken to the Tehama County Jail and the 17-year-old was taken to Tehama County Juvenile Hall.
