Three teens arrested after break-in at Buckeye Grange

REDDING, Calif. - Three teenagers were arrested early Friday after deputes said they found the trio vandalizing a Redding business.

Deputies arrested 18-year-old Cody Dulik of Shasta Lake, along with a 15-year-old and 17-year-old.  They were found inside Buckeye Grange on Lake Boulevard just before 4 a.m.

Deputies responded to 12508 Lake Boulevard after a citizen reported seeing lights inside the building and movement inside.  Deputies set up a perimeter around the building.  A window was found broken and the door was found unlocked.  

Investigators said the people refused orders to come out so a K-9 was sent inside.  Cody Dulik was found hiding inside the building and was taken into custody .  The two juveniles were also found inside and booked into juvenile hall.

Deputies said the suspects had spray-painted walls, discharged fire extinguishers and smoked marijuana. There were also holes in the walls and items were found thrown around.

The three will be charged with burglary, vandalism, and delaying or obstructing a peace officer.
