Ide Adobe State Historical Park Hosts "Adobe Day"

Ide Adobe State Historical Park is hosting its 31st annual “Adobe Day” on Saturday, August 21, 2010.

The event is geared to take visitors back to the 1850’s and give kids a history lesson while having fun. Some of the activities for kids include candle and rope making and churning butter. Pioneer inspired food like home baked bread and iced mint water will be served as well.

The event starts at 12 p.m. until 4 p.m. Tickets are $2 for adults $1 for kids Kids under 4 years old are free
