The winner's artwork will be used in merchandise, posters, flyers and the 2011 Rodeo Souvenir Program Book.Community members are encouraged to submit their original work of art. Online voting will begin September 30th and run through October 6th at http://www.reddingrodeo.com.The winner will be announced October 9th at the Rodeo Grounds.Entries should be received no later than Saturday, September 25, and should be sent to:Redding Rodeo
