HOPLAND, Calif. - There is a 60-acre fire burning north-west of Hopland, according to the Ukiah California Highway Patrol.
Officials said the fire is burning along Highway 101 near mile marker 15 and started around 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Crews are on scene as well as two helicopters and three airplanes.
Different units are on scene including Ukiah Valley Authority and CAL FIRE.
There is no word on containment or the cause of the fire.
