Covelo man arrested on 2 felony warrants

Probation revoked

COVELO, Calif. - A Covelo man who has been wanted on two no-bail felony warrants was arrested last Wednesday, according to the Mendocino County Sheriff's Department (MCSO).

Officials said on Oct. 25 at around 6:30 p.m., MCSO deputies were dispatched to assist Round Valley Tribal Police officers in the area of Henderson Lane near Foothill Boulevard in Covelo, Calif.

MCSO dispatch learned that Round Valley Tribal Police officers had stopped a vehicle and detained the driver, who was identified as 24-year-old Terry Ellison of Covelo, deputies said.

Dispatch confirmed that Ellison had two felony no-bail warrants issued for his arrest after having his probation revoked, according to MCSO. 

Deputies took Ellison into custody for the two felony warrants without incident.

Ellison was subsequently booked into the Mendocino County Jail on a no-bail status due to his felony warrants.
