EUREKA, Calif. - Hundreds of Giants fans lined up to see the Giants World Series Trophies, which were on display at the Adorni Center.
The Boys & Girls Club of the Redwoods Junior Giants program hosted the event with Eureka Parks and Recreation.
The tour gave fans all over Humboldt County the chance to take a picture with the 2010, 2012 and 2014 trophies.
Many fans said they had attended the World Series, and have been fans for a very long time.
"Forever! All our lives, and our kids are born and raised Giants fans," Mary Gifford said.
The tour centered on the Junior Giants program, which is in counties around the state, as well as Nevada and Oregon.
The program is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 18, who are considered "at risk." It gets kids involved with numerous community-based programs.
Many fans said they were happy the trophies stopped in their hometown.
"They appreciate the Giants, it's their team, it's the Northern California team," Bill Walser with Humboldt Bay Fire said.
The trophies next stop will be in Weed on January 16.
