10/14/12 -

Mostly sunny skies and warm will give way to mostly cloudy skies.  Temps will stay warm though.

We’ll keep the mostly sunny skies around for today as we prepare for our first big storm to move onshore.  An upper level system will be moving through the area Monday night into Tuesday morning bringing spotty showers to the northern mountains.  The valley has very slight chance of seeing some sprinkles as well, but they will be very isolated and won’t be widespread by any stretch of the imagination.

Next week we’ll see the resurgence of a high pressure system from the southwest.  This will allow the skies to clear out and the temperatures to rise back to early summer levels.  We’re expecting temps in the upper 80’s but the low 90’s is not out of the question.
