More sunshine for your Thursday, high clouds will slightly obscure it, but temperatures will still be warm.

Lots of high level moisture will cause a bunch of clouds at upper levels.  These will only filter the sunshine and won’t produce any rain, but still allow things to stay very nice and warm.  Our highs will stay in the mid to upper 70s even with the clouds overhead.  Friday will start much the same as today, but the clouds will clear by the afternoon and Saturday will only see some pockets of high clouds throughout the day.

Our next chance for rain is coming up next Tuesday into Wednesday.  That comes from an ocean storm which will move into the region bringing another bout of much needed rain.  It is a very long way out, but right now it looks like it will be a good soaking rain.  We’ll keep a close eye on it.
