Few clouds will grace the skies north of Redding, and will steadily increase towards the south.

 An arm of clouds will be working its way up from the south and will provide cloud cover for much of the southern valley.  Chico, Oroville, and Willows will be the first to see these clouds.  A very slight few may have some sprinkles in them but nothing major.  Tomorrow the day will begin and end with clouds overhead for most of the valley as another system starts to work its way in from the west.  This system will bring increased clouds on Saturday with the chance of some isolated showers early in the morning.

 Later in the forecast, we could be seeing our first bout of rain moving through for Monday.  A storm will hit the Washington/Oregon coast and will drag its cold front through northern California.  There won’t be a huge amount of precipitation with this system, but we could see some pockets of rain showers in the valley.  Most of the steadier rain will stay to the north in Siskyou and Modoc Counties.
