Sun and Clouds to Start the Week, Rain for your Halloween

Sun will stick around for the next few days, but Halloween is looking soggy.

High pressure will allow us to remain dry and sunny for the next several days.  A few clouds will pass overhead today, tomorrow and on Tuesday, but other than that it will be beautiful out there.  Our big changes come in the form of a moderately intense trough moving in from the Pacific Ocean.  This will bring rain and clouds too the entire Northstate and will ensure that the trick or treating is a rather soggy affair.
