Amazing weather for this week.  Temperatures will climb into the low 80s mid week with sunny skies throughout.

This week our weather will be completely dominated by an area of building high pressure.  That means we’ll see lots of clear skies and much warmer temperatures, just in time for daylight savings.  Tomorrow will be one of the coolest days this week, but will still manage to peak in the mid 70s, from there it’s all upper 70s and low 80s until Friday.  The best days to get outside and enjoy the weather will be Tuesday and Wednesday, although that’s honestly splitting hairs.  Monday through Thursday will be either mostly sunny, or completely sunny with temperatures within a few degrees of 80.

Later in the week an atmospheric river system will begin to affect the Washington/Oregon coast.  Our strong high pressure system means it will completely miss the NorthState, but will throw some clouds our way.  That will cool our highs slightly, but we’ll still remain in the mid to upper 60s.  Our next chance of any sprinkles really comes on Sunday of next week.  And that chance looks very minimal.
