High pressure will remain overhead keeping the clear skies and warm temperatures around. 

The high-pressure system centered just off the coast will move overhead today into tomorrow. This will allow us to keep our beautiful blue skies and very warm temperatures through Sunday and into Monday. From there, things take a wetter turn. A system from the Gulf of Alaska will be moving into our area late Monday night into Tuesday morning. The system will bring with it rain for the valley, and snow for the higher elevations. Snow levels are expected to be pretty low with this system - around 2000 feet - as temperatures at upper levels will be very cold. Although there won't be a huge amount of moisture associated with this system, the Valley still could pick up half an inch of rain, and areas in the mountains could see up to a foot of snow at the highest elevations. But before that, sunny skies will abound with a few areas seeing gusty winds tomorrow as Monday's system approaches.
