Storm #4 of the week long series of storms continues to move through the Northstate.  Expect clearing by late Wednesday morning.

Periods of light to moderate and even pockets of heavy rainfall continue through the morning and afternoon hours Tuesday.

At this time it appears the heaviest rain will move through the Northstate around midnight tonight.

The winds will be much lighter with this storm system but we could see a few gust out of the south above 30 mph.

After the final big push of rain late tonight things will really begin to dry out Wednesday afternoon.  However, we may have to hold off until Thursday before we see widespread sunshine.

The only thing on the "radar" the next 7 days is a weak system that will clip the northern half of the Northstate Saturday night.  The valley should remain dry with just mountain snow showers.  Behind that a northerly wind gradient will set up Sunday so expect gusty northerly winds Sunday under mostly sunny skies.
